Huhu.. kegersangan ide nk tulis apa lg entri kali ni, so alang2 tengah menaip job description utk tugas baru ni, baik aku copy paste jer.. hehe.. Inilah kerja2 baru saya. JAWATAN : Human Resource Executive cum Assistant Programmer Analyst (cam gila kuasa bunyinyer ye hehe) JOB DESCRIPTION AS HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
1.Recruitment of staff. To conduct interview. 2.To conduct Orientation and Induction for new recruits. 3.To check and certify Tanker Commissions, Meal Claims, Ordinary Claims and OT Claims. 4.To issue show cause letter to any staffs for breaking company’s rules and regulations or other disciplinary case. 5.To coordinate with Admin Executive to act as Prosecuting / Investigating Officer during any Domestic Enquiry. 6.To ensure legal compliance to all the labor legislation and to ensure that the company is not subject to any penalties for breaking the law. 7.To ensure the company is in compliance with the Industrial Relation legislation and yet be able to achieve its objectives. 8.To source and identify training needs. 9.Updating of staff records. 10.To attend to any grievances from the employees and Union Site committees. 11.To perform any other duties that may be assigned by Finance & Admin. Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION AS ASSISTANT PROGRAMMER ANALYST - (tgh cari dia punya file.. hehe.. list dia lagi panjang tau) OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES NOT MENTIONED IN ISO FILE -Tukang key in dan kemaskini data untuk GRN (Good Received Note) dan MRIS (Material Requisition Issue Slip). -Tukang kira Monthly Sales Rebate untuk setiap flour customers. -Tukang buat monthly Related Party Transaction Registers. Ahaks.. sekali pandang macam banyak sangaaat kerja.. larat ke tidak ni..?? Pening pening...
